How to send Support an errored sale on Mac or PC

Objective

How to send an errored sale on a Mac or PC to the Support team. 

Setup

•  Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps

1. Click the error below your register selector
2. Click Download Errored Sales
3. A .json file will download to your computer
4. Click Contact Support to start a new ticket and attach the .json file
5. If you have an existing ticket with Support attach the .json file to the email
