"Number Pad" keyboard overlaps with Quick Cash payment screen on iPad

When processing Cash transactions on iPad, why does a "number pad" keyboard appear in the middle of the screen and overlap the Quick Cash Payment screen?

Answer

The keyboard on your iPad is Undocked. Please follow the steps below to change your iPad keyboard settings:

1. Open Notes app on the iPad
2. Create a new note
3. Tap and hold the Keyboard button on the bottom right of the keyboard
4. When the small menu appears, slide your finger to Dock
5. Release the Keyboard button
