My computer won't load Retail POS (X-Series), but other websites work

 Why won't my Retail POS webpage load, however other websites still work?

Setup

• Retail POS on Mac or PC
• Access to a VPN

This may be related to your internet connectivity. If you have access to a VPN or (Virtual Private Network), try connecting through this. If the connection to Retail POS works while connected via the VPN, we recommend checking with you Internet Service Provider as there may be something blocking the connection.
