Store doesn't exist error

Problem

When trying to log in an error appears: Please check your store address or Store doesn't exist

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC

Cause

This is caused by entering an incorrect store address. This means that Retail POS has a different name for your store in the system than what you are typing in.

Solution

Ensure that you are entering the correct Retail POS store address/domain prefix. This is the store name that is included in the website address near the top of the web browser when you are logged in.
