Can I change my store's URL?

Answer

Retail Support can change your Retail POS URL for you. The Primary Admin must submit a ticket that includes the preferred new URL, as well as a date and time when all Users will be logged out of Retail POS.  Once we receive this information, our Support team will action the URL change at the specified time.
