Why isn't my stock order CSV importing when I have column headings in it?

Setup

•  Retail POS for Mac or PC

Answer

Stock order CSVs should have the correct headings for them to be imported successfully. 

These headings include:

• SKU (mandatory)
• Quantity (mandatory)
• Handle (mandatory - if duplicate SKUs exist)
• Supply_price (optional)

Make sure that the supply price column solely contains numbers. Any currency sign will cause the supply price to be ignored in the import.

Additional Information

• Import products into a stock order using a CSV file
• Make sure there aren't any additional blank spaces in front of the SKU/quantity values
• Standard products don't require a handle in the heading
