How to check sales included in a currently open register

Objective

Checking which sales are included in a register that is still open.

Setup

•  Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps

1. Go to Reporting

2. Select Register Closures

3. Click the # sign to show the still open closure at the top

4. Click on the top Register Closure sequence

5. Click on View full details

Additional Information

• Any sale that has been created and then back-dated during the Register Open period will be included in the report.
