How to add an image to the loyalty welcome email

Objective

Inserting an image into the loyalty welcome email. 

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC 

Steps

1. Click Setup.
2. Click Loyalty.
3. Scroll down to the Send Welcome Email section.
4. In the text box, place the cursor at the location to insert the image and select the alignment option.
5. From the menu, click on Insert/edit image.

   

6. Enter the URL of the image into the Source field, an Alternative description of the image, and the Width and Height of the image.

   

7. Click Save.

Additional Information

• An image must be hosted online (a website, a social media site, or with a web storage provider) for it to be inserted into the welcome email.
• To adjust the image size, click and drag from the upper left-hand corner of the image.
