Can I remove a payment from a sale?

Setup

Answer

No, it is not possible to remove a payment on a sale. However, we recommend other alternative options to adjust an unwanted payment.

You can change the payment type for payment made with the incorrect payment type i.e a cash payment was processed for a credit card payment. You will need to change the payment type especially if it was for the same amount. 

If there is a situation where you need to change/correct the total payment amount on a sale, you will need to void and recreate it.

If there is a single payment that you're looking to change/correct you can apply a manual refund for that particular payment.
