How to specify which products are printed on the secondary receipt

Objective

How to set up secondary receipts to only print selected products by using tags for example, 'coffee', 'tea', or 'food'.

Setup

• Retail POS on iPad

Steps

1. In the Retail POS app navigate to the menu in the top left corner
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Hardware
4. Tap on your secondary receipt printer
5. Tap to turn on Print products by tag
6. A new field will appear called Tags
7. Add tags, separated with a comma

Additional Information

Tags must match exactly how they appear in Retail POS.
