Checking a customer's Lightspeed Advanced Marketing rewards through Retail POS (X-Series) on Mac or PC

Setup

Steps

  1. On Google Chrome, sign into your Retail POS account
  2. Navigate to the Sell tab (if you're not automatically taken there after logging in)
  3. Add a customer to the sale:Image_2020-03-25_at_4.52.20_PM.png
  4. Click on the customer's name to launch the customer information panel, then click Check Rewards:Image_2020-03-25_at_5.12.22_PM.png
  5. This will display the customer's Lightspeed Advanced Marketing account with their available rewards:Image_2020-03-26_at_4.09.40_PM.png
