How to change a user password

Objective

Change the password for a particular user in your Retail POS store.

Setup

•  Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps

1. Login as an Admin User
2. Click Setup
3. Click Users
4. Click the name for the user you want to change the password for
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
6. Enter the new password under Change Password
7. Enter the password again under Repeat Password
8. Click Save Changes
9. Type in the admin user's password
10. Click Save these changes
