Can a customer's loyalty points in Retail POS be earned and redeemed in Shopify?

Answer

No, Retail POS loyalty points will only work in Retail POS and cannot be redeemed in Shopify.

However, Shopify customers can accrue Loyalty to be used in Retail POS, but only on products with a Custom Loyalty amount set. Those using the default loyalty ratio will not accrue loyalty.
