How to fix an incorrect float

Objective

Correct the float if it was entered incorrectly when opening the register.

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC
• Retail POS on iPad

Steps

On Mac or PC

1. Click Sell
2. Click Cash Management 
3. Click Remove Cash to remove cash or Add Cash to add cash
4. Click Cash out to remove cash or Cash in to add cash
5. Enter the amount to remove/add in the 'Amount' field
6. Enter a note in the 'Note' field if desired
7. Click Remove Cash or Add Cash 

On iPad

1. Open the side menu
2. Tap Cash Management 
3. Tap Remove Cash to remove cash or Add Cash to add cash
4. Tap Cash out to remove cash or Cash in to add cash
5. Enter the amount to remove/add in the 'Amount' field
6. Enter a note in the 'Note' field if desired
7. Tap Remove Cash or Add Cash
