Why is store credit disabled in my Retail POS (X-Series) store?

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC

Cause

A user has manually disabled store credit in your Retail POS account.

Solution

You would need to manually enable store credits again. 

1. Click Setup
2. Click Store Credit
3. Click Enable Store Credit
