A contact widget is an interactive element that allows site visitors to reach out to you swiftly with any questions. On eCom (E-Series) Instant Site, you can add a dedicated widget section connected to your preferred contact channel. This way, you can speed up your communication with customers, point them to the best way to get in touch with you, and get more sales.
Adding a contact widget to your Instant Site
You can add a “Contact Widget” section to your website and connect it to your preferred contact channel:
- Instagram Direct Messenger
- Facebook Messenger
- Telegram
- Viber
- Line
- Your phone number
To add a contact widget to your Instant Site:
- From Retail POS, go to the Online tab > Webstore > Edit Site.
- Click Add Section, go to Contacts, and click on the block you like. It will be added to the list of sections on Homepage and opened for editing.
- On the Content tab, fill out contact widget details: choose contact channel, customize texts on buttons and welcome message, add an image, etc.
- On the Design tab, adjust fonts, styles, and colors. To hide certain widget elements, switch the Show element toggle for it.
That’s it! Now the contact widget button will be displayed in the bottom right corner of each page on your site, including all the store pages. Customers can click it to get in touch with you:
Removing a contact widget from your Instant Site
To remove a contact widget from your Instant Site:
- From Retail POS, go to the Online tab > Webstore > Edit Site.
- In the menu on the left, click Contact Widget.
- Scroll down and click Delete widget.
The widget will be deleted from all the pages on your website.
