Setting up multi-outlet time zones

Consolidate multiple Retail POS accounts and specify store time zones on an outlet by outlet basis. With multi-outlet time zones, processes like reprinting sales receipts, price book start/end dates, and user login times all leverage outlet-specific time zones.

Setting up multiple time zones

Only users with Create or edit outlets user permissions can change outlet time zones.

  1. Navigate to Setup > Outlets and registers and locate the outlet.
  2. Click Edit outlet to update an existing outlet or Add outlet to add a new outlet.

  3. Select the desired time zone from the Time zone dropdown near the bottom of the page. Retail-X-outlets-and-registers-edit-timezone.png
  4. Click Save outlet.

Once you've saved the changes, all sales made on registers associated with this outlet will now be recorded in the time zone you specified.
