If I void a sale in Retail POS (X-Series) will it cancel an order on Shopify?

• Retail POS for Mac or PC
• Shopify Integration

Answer

No. Retail POS does not continue to update the sale state once a Shopify order has synced to Retail POS. When you void that sale in Retail POS, it will not cancel the order on Shopify. You will manually have to cancel the order on Shopify's end.
