Uploading Tyro connection logs for Tyro payment terminals

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps

1. Click the link https://iclient.tyro.com/logs.html from your PC or Mac on which you are running Retail POS 
2. Click on Send to Tyro

Additional Information

Retail POS does not have access to the logs. They are only visible to Tyro.
