How to disable signature capture on your Worldpay TriPOS terminal

Objective

Disable/turn off the payment acceptance by signature feature for Worldpay TriPOS terminals; prevent signature slips being printed; stop asking customers from signatures on credit card payments

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC 
• Retail POS on iPad

Steps

1. Navigate to Setup > Payment Types
2. Locate Worldpay and click the pencil to edit
3. Uncheck the Ask for signatures checkbox
4. Click Save Payment Type
