How to connect CardConnect iSMP4 terminal to Wi-Fi network

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC
• Retail POS on iPad
• CardConnect Ingenico iSMP4 terminal 

Steps

1. Enter the following key sequence to access the device menu: F, 7, 6, 7
2. Select Wifi Properties
3. Select Scan for Networks
4. Press Enter to select the network to which you would like to connect
5. Enter the password for the Wi-Fi network using the keypad or the on-screen keyboard
6. The device will automatically reboot so it can use the new profile 

Additional Information

To navigate the Cardpointe menu use the following keys:

• F1/F4 — Left/Right
• F2/F3 — Down/Up
• Green — Select/Enter
• Red — Cancel/Return

If the device does not reboot automatically, press and hold down the .,#* and Yellow keys to manually reboot the device.

Once the device is connected, the screen displays "Connected" and the device is ready for use.
