Inventory count is not loading on a Mac or PC

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC

Cause

• Using a browser other than Chrome  
• Large amount of products
• Slow internet speed 

Solution

Using a browser other than Chrome

• Log into Retail POS on Google Chrome and attempt to load the count there

Large amount of products

• If you are doing a full count, or counting a large amount of products, it may take some time for your count to load 

Slow internet speed

• Check your internet speed by performing an internet speed test
