How to switch between monthly and annual billing

Objective

Switch your Retail POS plan from monthly to annual payments, or from annual to monthly payments.

Setup

• Retail POS for desktop

Steps

1. Navigate to Setup > Billing
2. Scroll down to the Billing section
3. Under Billing frequency, click Edit Billing Frequency
4. Review the frequency change and click Update billing frequency

Additional Information

• If you change your pricing plan part way through the year, your pricing will be prorated. Your billing date will also change to the date you initiated the billing frequency change.
• You will not be able to switch between monthly and annual billing if your account is in dunning.
