Will Retail POS (X-Series) automatically generate Customer codes when importing customers through a CSV?

Question

When importing customers into Retail POS through a CSV file, will Retail POS automatically create Customer codes if I do not make them?

• Retail POS for PC or Mac 

Answer

Yes, if you leave the customer_code column empty in your CSV file, Retail POS will generate Customer codes when the CSV is imported.
