What time period does a Historical Inventory Report run from/to?

Does the Historical Inventory Report show the stock levels for the opening or closing balance on that day?

•  Retail POS for Mac or PC

Answer

Historical Inventory Reports show the inventory value of your stock at the end of the day. If you run a report for the 10th of December, the report will show that day's closing balance taking into consideration all processed sales and completed stock movements up until 11:59 PM.
